Sally Cole
Sally Cole has recently joined Janine Stevens as her assistant. Having grown up in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sally moved to the desert in 2009 with her husband Dave. After spending 8 years coming to their vacation home in PGA West they decided the Coachella Valley was where they wanted to be. Having her real estate license for 20+ years she decided to work in the field here in La Quinta.
She is happy to assist all of Janine's clients to make their transactions run smoothly and in a professional manner.
Steven Holmes
Steve was born in the Desert and lives with his wife Jennifer and 3 daughters. Licensed in 1993 he worked for Re/Max in Wisconsin and later Dyson & Dyson in La Quinta.
He now calls Coldwell Banker his home. Steve's vast knowledge of the Desert area and compassion for his clients needs, has made him a Top Producing agent for many years.
Steve is now working with Janine Stevens at Coldwell Banker handling buyers,long term leases,and vacation rentals.
